Dundee, Oregon

Nestled in Oregon's Beautiful Willamette Valley, Dundee is a Cozy Wine and Foodie Town

In the scenic, fertile countryside of northwestern Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Dundee is about 30 miles from Portland. It started out in the 1880s and today is known for its foodie and wine culture.  Dozens of wineries are in town and the surrounding hills.

The cozy downtown is home to some of Oregon’s best farm-to-table restaurants, including Wooden Heart Kitchen and Tina’s. Charming tasting rooms line the streets, offering pours of favorite varietals, particularly Pinot Noir.

Popular Red Hills Market sells charcuterie, cheese, craft beer, and spirits, while the farmers’ market happens every Saturday.

The Willamette River flows along Dundee’s eastern border and is often dotted with kayakers, canoers and fishermen in search of steelhead and bass.

Quiet neighborhoods with vineyard or valley views sit amid gentle hills.  Home styles range from mid-century ranch ramblers to Craftsman-inspired houses and newer custom builds.

Major retailers are only six minutes away in Newberg.
